For the pleasure of your eyes is a rare original Yemenite Jewish Bowsani silver filigree pendant. I'm absolutely awed by this pendant. It's heavy with massive silver filigree work on a silver filigree base. Additional silver filigree leaflets and bobbles dangle from the base of the pendant. I have to repeat that this is an original piece last made over 100 years ago.

For over three centuries, Yemenite silver jewelry was made using Maria Theresa thaler silver coins which served as the official currency of Yemen due to its high silver .8333 content. The majority of Yemenite silver jewelry art and jewelry are thus based off of the silver content of MTT.
