    REPAIR ITEM!
    I just love this piece, but it needs a little help that I can't give it. As you can see in the photos, one of the little prongs is missing, where the lid attaches to the base so that it can hang on while it swings open. It also needs to be polished up. It does shows signs of age (don't we all) but I think it's still a nice piece of silverplate and I hope it goes to a nice home. Thank you.
